How To Get Your Diet In Check!

Getting your diet in check is going to be hard. Dieting is easy, but making the commitment to change and really eat healthy is the the hard part. Its time to get your diet in check! This is the single thing holding you back from the body you deserve. So, check out these easy tips, give them a try, and get the body you deserve!

Diet Tip #1

You need to plan your diet out. If you just try to eat healthy everyday you will fail. Time flies, you get caught up with life and will have to settle for whatever is available. So, on Sunday, you need to plan out breakfast, lunch, and dinner for that week. Sit down and make your menu and make healthy choices that are convenient and easy to follow.

If you make a plan and only buy healthy foods you are already doing 100% better!

Diet Tip #2

The next thing we need to cover is breakfast. So many people don’t eat breakfast and this is the most important meal of the day. It gets our metabolism going, it helps us focus, and feel good! Now, I know you excuse is time, so here is what you need to do since you don’t have time to eat!

- Get fruit and protein powder and make smoothies

- Drink slim fast or some other meal replacement shake

This is going to give you nutrients, help get you going, and really help you start to burn fat for the day. If you skip breakfast I can promise you that you will never feel good, and have the body you want. So, no more excuses, its time to make a shake, or buy one, and start tomorrow!

Diet Tip #3

The last tip is about snacking. You need to find fun, healthy snacks that are good for promoting weight loss. Here are some I recommend:

- Almonds

- Any Fruit

- Protein bar

- Yogurt

- Granola

- Veggies

- Dry Cereal

Those are just a few. But, if you eat snacks like that when you need a “little something” it will be far more of a healthy choice than a bag of chips. So, along with planning you meals, think about some healthy snacks you can pick up that will get you through the day! Snacking is fun, I love it, but don’t let a little treat ruin all your progress!

The Secret To A Flat Stomach - 3 Easy To Follow Tips

The Secret To A Flat Belly!

You know I get asked this all the time and I understand why. I carry all my extra pounds in the front
as do most people. I can be extremely ripped and tone but still have a little bit extra around
my love handles. But, no worries! I am going to teach you how to really banish that belly fat and
get a flat stomach!

Flat Belly Tip #1

1 Million sit ups wont help you! You see everyone has abs, but the trick is getting rid of the
extra fat covering them….SO, the best way to do that is through diet. If you can do a little
trick I use, then you will notice a big difference! Here it is.

- Eat your carbs for your breakfast, a small snack, and lunch. Then for dinner stick to just
protein and veggies. This is going to help you not store carbs that convert to fat!

Flat Belly Tip #2

The second most important thing you need to do in order to achieve a nice flat belly is cardio.
Now, just getting on a treadmill or elliptical isn’t going to cut it. You are going to have to
really bust your butt to burn as many calories as possible! Here is another thing I do to help
my clients and myself out!

- Walk for 2 minutes, then jog/run/jump rope for 90 seconds, then go back to walking again.

Do that for 30-45 minutes total!

Flat Belly Tip #3

Ok I know I said above that 1 million sit-ups wont help you but, doing a good ab routine is going
to help your muscles develop better and begin to show. So, you do need to do some ab work and
here is a good routine that I think you should try.

- 15 crunches on a swiss ball
- 15 reverse crunches (lay on back, bring knees to chest)
- 45 second plank

Do that 3 times!

Ok, you can use these if you wish. They will work and I guarantee results. All you need to have
a flat belly is the desire to work hard, eat well, and live a healthy lifestyle. You deserve

I know how hard it can be to lose those few extra pounds, but what you need to focus on creating a simple and easy plan to follow that will allow you to live your life and lose weight! I have thought a little bit and put together 3 easy tips to follow. Now, I know they WILL work, but only if you really try hard and make the commitment! SO, ready to get started?

Tone Tip #1

One of the “REAL SECRETS” to achieving a tone body is your diet. To have leaner arms, a more
shaply butt, or tone thighs you need to start to focus on your diet. Now this doesnt have to be
as hard as you might think. If you just start to be a concious eater then you will start to lose
weight. So, try cutting out the amount of junk food, and eat cleaner, smaller meals more often!

Tone Tip #2

OK. Another part of having a tone body is learning how to work out and maximize your results.
What I mean by this is workout like you mean it! Don’t just “go through the motions” When you lift
weights lift them with focus and to really make your muscles burn! When you do cardio dont just
do it litely, make sure your sweating your butt off!

Tone Tip #3

The last and final tip of how to really have a tone body is to do plenty of cardio! Now there are
a few types of cardio that are better than others. The best type of cardio to do is interval
training. Here is an example:

- Walk for 2 minutes, then jog/run/jump rope for 90 seconds, then go back to walking again.

Do that for 30-45 minutes total!

What this is going to do for you is help to burn calories at a much higher rate allwoing you
to ultimately burn more fat. Doing interval training is going to get you results much, much
quicker than any other type of cardio!

What the heck? A trainer isn’t supposed to say anything like that, but……but…..there is so much terrible info out there that most likely your diet really does suck. BUT, there is good news! Its not you that isn’t working its your diet.

Most people put together some “scheme” to lose weight, package it up and sell it to you! The info they use is basic, stuff you see on TV that even kids know. What they don’t do is teach you how to diet, or why to diet.

The Diet Cure!

Ok, so you want to diet but don’t know where to start. So, the first thing you need to do is not look for a product to help you. Instead you need to create simple steps to help you take a healty approach to leading a healthy lifestyle. Here is an example:

1. Start to cut out junk food
2. Begin to eat higher quality food
3. Eat smaller meals more often

The REAL way to diet is to change your eating habits for life….Not just look for some quick fix…….A quick fix is going to help you lose 15 pounds and gain 20 back!

Stop Yo-Yo-ing

Are you really hopping from diet to diet? Most of my clients did until they came to me. Most people are looking for the “fastest way to lose weight” but in reality they are trying to find a cheaters way to a great body! So, stop getting on the yo-yo cycle. Find a real diet and stick with it!
